Pacific Integrated Seattle provides commercial security camera installation, AI-powered monitoring solutions, and related security services. Our services include:
- Security system consultation and assessment
- Professional installation of security cameras and equipment
- Integration with Deep Sentinel live monitoring services
- Ongoing maintenance and support
2. Service Area
We provide services throughout the Seattle metropolitan area, including Seattle, Bellevue, Tacoma, Redmond, Kirkland, Everett, Renton, Kent, Federal Way, Bothell, and surrounding Puget Sound communities.
3. Assessment Requests
When you submit a request for a free security assessment:
- You agree to provide accurate contact and property information
- You authorize us to contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your request
- Assessments are provided at no cost with no obligation to purchase
- We will schedule assessments at mutually convenient times
4. Installation Services
For customers who proceed with installation:
- A separate installation agreement will be provided with specific terms, pricing, and warranty information
- Installation timelines are estimates and may vary based on property requirements
- Customer is responsible for providing necessary access to the property
- Permits, if required, will be obtained in accordance with local regulations
5. Monitoring Services
Live monitoring services are provided by Deep Sentinel and are subject to their terms of service. Pacific Integrated Seattle acts as an authorized dealer and installer. Monitoring services:
- Require active subscription with Deep Sentinel
- Are subject to Deep Sentinel's service agreement
- May include interaction with law enforcement when threats are verified
- Require functioning internet connection at the monitored property
6. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and security needs
- Maintain equipment in accordance with provided guidelines
- Ensure reliable internet connectivity for monitoring services
- Notify us of any changes to property ownership or contact information
- Comply with all applicable laws regarding security camera usage
- Not use equipment for illegal surveillance or in violation of privacy laws
7. Limitation of Liability
While our security systems are designed to deter crime and facilitate rapid response:
- We cannot guarantee prevention of all criminal activity
- Response times depend on various factors including guard availability and police response
- We are not liable for losses resulting from criminal activity, equipment malfunction, or service interruption
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months
8. Warranty
Equipment warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers. Installation workmanship is warranted for a period specified in your installation agreement. Warranty does not cover:
- Damage from misuse, accidents, or natural disasters
- Modifications made by unauthorized parties
- Normal wear and tear
- Issues caused by power surges or internet outages
9. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Pacific Integrated Seattle or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
10. Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading information
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape or collect data
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
11. Indemnification
